Blue Mounds Classic Citizen Bicycle Road Race

Course
The course includes 2 laps of a beautiful 9-mile loop in western Dane County. The course is hilly allowing some spectacular views of the unglaciated region of Wisconsin. The total distance is approximately 24 miles.
Start/Finish
The race starts and finishes at Brigham County Park located 18-miles west of Madison in the town of Blue Mounds, WI. To get to the Park: From Highway 18/151 - North on Cave of the Mounds Road, east on Cty. Hwy. F, follow Cty. Hwy. F to the Park. Camping is available at the Park, for info call the Dane County Parks Department at (608) 246-3896.
Kids Race (FREE!!)
A ½ mile kid’s race will be held at 12:30PM. Big Wheel and 2-Wheel categories.
Entry Fees
$25 until July 1st, $30 thereafter. Tandems $35.00 per bike. Everyone receives lots of goodies and a chance for door prizes. Family Discount: Entry fee for third (fourth, etc.) family member is only $15 each.
Men’s and Women’s Age Divisions
<19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65+
Awards
Age division awards for Men and Women. Primes will be offered along the course.
Licensed riders are encouraged to ride, but are not eligible for age division awards.
